âHow is Your Credit Score Doingâ - by Your Mother âHow is Your Credit Score Doing?â by Your Mother âHow is Your Credit Score Doing?â by Your MotherAre you taking care of your credit score? And remember, Im your mother, so I can always tell when youre lying.Hello bubbele! I wanted to call just to make sure your phone was working. I figured there must have been something wrong with it, since you havenât called me in weeks, but apparently itâs working just fine. How odd.Anyway, I just wanted to see how your credit is doing. You know you have to pay attention to it, right? Itâs not something you can only think about every other month or so, like your dear loving mother. If youre not careful you can end up with payday loans as your only optionâ"and that would break your fathers heart, you know.Have you been eating well? I saw you were looking a little chubby the last time you came to visit, which was almost a year ago, you know. If youâve been eating out too much, that could lead to increased credit card debt and that isnât great for your credit score. Instead, you shou ld consider meal planning. I read about it in the Oprah magazine. You take a few hours on the weekend to prepare a bunch of food, then youâre all set for the week.Youâve also been paying your bills on time, right? Remember, your father and I are willing to help you out if you need it. Weâd rather help you out now so you donât go into debt and ruin your credit score. Then youâll be better prepared to care for us when weâre old! Which isnât that long away, you know! You have an extra room at your home, right? Wouldnât that be so much nicer than us living in a home or on the streets relying on title loans and cash advances to get by? But if youre too busy for us to live with you someday, wed understand. We only raised you after all, but we wouldnt want to inconvenience you.You should also be building an emergency fund. Do you remember that time your father and I were in the Pocono Mountains and I told him to be careful because there was no mat on the floor of the sh ower in the cabin and he said it was fine because we didnât have a mat for the first 20 years we were living in the house but I pointed out that we arenât the young spring chicks we used to be and it turned out I was right because he fell and we had to go to the emergency room with that nice lady doctor who I thought was the nurse?Ive never told you this but we didnt have an emergency fund! Can you believe it? We had to take out a personal loan just to make ends meet! It was a very nice installment loan with manageable payments and a reasonable interest rate but taking out all that extra debt certainly had a negative effect on our credit score. Please learn from our mistakes!Oh, and donât forget to check your credit score at least once a year at www.AnnualCreditReport.com. Itâs almost as important as washing behind your ears. You are washing behind your ears, right? Also be sure to use your credit card. But not too much! Try to never spend more than 30 percent of your balance and pay it off in full each month. You can mark the date each month on one of the calendars we got you. You know the ones right? We sent them to you for your birthday. We werenât sure which one you would like, so we sent you a Snoopy one, a Ziggy one, and a different Ziggy one. Which one did you end up using?Honestly, though you need to be careful with those credit cards. Spend too much on your cards and the only loans youll be able to qualify for will be bad credit loans or, even worse, no credit check loans! Can you imagine how mortifying that would be for us? What if you took out too many online loans and then you declared bankruptcy and then you had to move back in with your dad and me! What would we tell the neighbors?! Wed have to move. There would be no facing them!OK, I should be going. I have bridge with the other women from the synagogue. You know Helenâs daughter Sarah has an over 800 credit score? You should meet with her. She has her own company and maybe she has something for you. Do you want me to set up a meeting?Well, tell me if you change your mind and if you need some money. The amount of homeless people in the U.S. is quite high, being in the millions most likely. But have the people of the U.S. Donââ¬â¢t waste time! Our writers will create an original "Animals In The Shelters" essay for you Create order ever bother to stop and think on how much more stray animals there is compared to homeless people? Homeless animals outnumber homeless people 5 to 1. (Dosomething.org, 2018) This is only due to the overwhelming several animals in the U.S. alone. Though unlike homeless people, strays are being abandoned, abused, and even killed off by people. The safety of animals continues to decrease from the pets that are abused and neglected by unfit owners to the owners that straight up abandon their pets into the wild or at shelters, even owners that have their pets work or fight each other to the death for their personal gain. At the end of the day, a stray pet is in as much possible danger as a homeless person if not more. Looking at it from another view, it is nearly impossible to decide the number of strays in the U.S. alone due to how badly animals outnumber humans. The number of animals that are sent to the animal shelter is outrageous, even to the point that shelters have been turning down anymore animals as they have been out of room for a while now. Owners who leave their pets at the shelter fail to realize that they are either having their pets be euthanized or stuck in a cage for the rest of their lives. Sure, there might be the few that manage to get adopted but when comparing that small number of pets to the larger number of pets that are stuck in the shelter for the rest of their lives until they are euthanized, it is hardly noticeable Of the approximately 6.5 million companion animals who enter shelters nationwide every year, approximately 3.3 million are dogs and 3.2 million are cat. (ASPCA, 2018) When a pet is abandoned by their owner, this is what knocks down their trust towards humans. It is exactly how humans on this planet that is called Earth works. If people were to continue messing with someoners trust, this will lead to that someone not being able to trust anyone. The list doesnt even end here, as local animal shelters are more likely to not have the proper equipment and medicine to neuter the animals there. Each year, approximately 7.6 million animals enter animal shelters nationwideâ⬠and nearly 3 million dont make it out. (ASPCA, 2018) With nearly half of the number of animals entering animal shelters to not make it out each year, the numbers continue to increase each year as time goes on. The definition of an unfit pet owner is an owner who does not care for the wellbeing of their pet, an owner that thinks it is alright to beat and neglect their pet. Animal abuse has gone on for as long as both humans and animals have been. Unfit owners see this as the only way to discipline animals and thanks to owners thinking this way, it has increased the number of times they are abused each day around the world. It has gotten to the point where the owners starve and even kill their pets. A good example of how badly animals are being treated is a puppy mill. The goal of puppy mills is to produce the largest number of puppies as quickly as possible, without consideration of genetic quality or the care of the animals. (Animal Legal Defense Fund, 2018) Even though a puppy mill only focuses on dogs, look at how only dogs are being treated and this isnt even the worse for other animals. When it comes to the brutal injuries and merciless deaths, there are sadly a handful of ways that animals must worry about, which mostly includes dogs. The more commonly known places where all this take places is during dog fights and Greyhound racing. Although fights are not usually to the death, many dogs succumb to their injuries later, and losing dogs are often discarded, killed or brutally executed as part of the sport. (ASPCA, 2018) This can also be said for the Greyhound racing as they receive broken bones, paralysis, and electrocution. And this is only for the dogs that are injured, as the dogs that do manage to survive the race but not win are disposed with soon afterwards. After everything that animals do for humanity for as long they have both been here, this seems to be the thanks that they receive till this day and it gets worse as the years go on. Animals do not deserve to be treated the way they are being treated. Killed off and disabled for the rest of their lives for the personal gain of civilization? Left to rot on the streets and in animal shelters? Abused and neglected by the very people that they thought they could trust? Animals are just like humans, living creatures on this planet Earth that have emotions and feelings. With this going on for as long as it has, there are many questions that is being asked. Why is this going on way longer than anything else that involved a living species on this planet.

Describe Heathcliffs personality in WutheringHeights? What is your point of view about his character? The first indication of Heathcliffs savage personality is found in the opening chapter when the dogs - A brood of tigers, fiends are represented and Heathcliff growls in unison with them. He informs Lockwood that the bitch is not kept for a pet. Catherines diary provides a clue to the cause of Heathcliffs savagery and hatred, Poor Heathcliff! Hindley calls him a vagabond, and wont let him sit with us and eat with us anymore... and swears that he will reduce him to his right place. I dont care how long I wait if I can only do it at last - I only wish I new the best way. Let me alone and Ill plan it out, while Im thinking of that, I dont feel pain. Now the novels counter-theme to the love story becomes clear - Heathcliffs long premeditated ruthless revenge gradually increasing in scope with all the force of Heathcliffs primitive unchanging will behind it. From this point on, there is in Heathcliff a subordination of all other feelings except revenge. Now the prince-in-disguise is destined to become a demon, taking on in fact the fiendishness that Nelly had seen lurking in his eyes as a child. Heathcliffs development in this light is traced to Hindley - His treatment of the latter was enough to make a fiend of a saint.
